0.75 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 Oz Pineapple Syrup*
3 Oz Ginger Beer
Add All Ingredients Except The Ginger Beer Into A Tin With Ice.
Shake For 30 Seconds.
Strain Into An Ice Filled Rocks Glass. Top With Ginger Beer.
Garnish: Pineapple Leaf Or Slice Pineapple
Syrup:
Heat 1 cup of Pineapple Juice and 1 cup of Demerara Sugar until dissolved.
Seal and store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks
