In 2001, she joined Disturbing Tha Peace Records—the label founded by entertainment powerhouse Ludacris and his partners Chaka Zulu and Jeff Dixon. Throughout her tenure, Aiyisha simultaneously held three key positions: Chief Operations Officer, Video Commissioner, and Marketing Director. In these leadership roles, she established strategic frameworks for creative collaboration, strengthened executive-staff communication, enhanced brand offerings, and orchestrated influential marketing campaigns. Her executive contributions extended to Ebony Son Entertainment, where she served on the management team overseeing Ludacris as the premier client.
