April Love is an Atlanta‑based entrepreneur, public relations expert, media strategist, producer, breast cancer thriver, and founder of Ask April Love, a brand management and PR agency serving entertainment, lifestyle, and culture clients with strategic storytelling and visibility campaigns.
After beginning her career in corporate communications and working with major labels and entertainment brands, Love pivoted into public relations and brand strategy, ultimately launching her own firm where she developed media campaigns for talent and organizations across music, television, and culture. Her professional voice is shaped by experience in the industry as well as personal resilience—after being diagnosed with stage III breast cancer in 2009 and entering remission, she turned her survivorship into purpose.
Love is also the founder and executive producer of The Pink Awards, an annual philanthropic event and televised ceremony that honors survivors, advocates, and leaders in the fight against breast cancer while addressing health care disparities, particularly in the Black community. Through The Pink Awards and related initiatives, she blends celebration with awareness, advocacy, and community support, using her platform to amplify health education, female empowerment, and entrepreneurship.
In addition to PR and event production, Love creates content through platforms like The Ask April Love Show and Just Breathe With April Love, and has produced original media and branded projects that reflect her commitment to uplifting voices and impacting culture.
