Jeffrey “Chef Jeff” Morneau is a multidisciplinary creative director, culinary artist, and founder of Jeffrey Morneau Atelier, a luxury Black led creative studio specializing in experiential design, culinary storytelling, and culture driven brand activations.
Originally classically trained in French cuisine, Chef Jeff has evolved far beyond the kitchen, building Jeffrey Morneau Atelier into a full scale creative atelier that seamlessly merges food, design, production, and narrative into immersive experiences. His work exists at the intersection of hospitality, fashion, music, sports, and social impact, redefining how brands and communities gather, celebrate, and connect.
Through Jeffrey Morneau Atelier, Chef Jeff has produced high profile dinners, galas, and experiential environments for global brands and institutions, while also developing original cultural platforms that include elevated dinner series, community centered festivals, youth initiatives, and heritage forward culinary concepts. His creative philosophy centers on intentional luxury, crafting experiences that feel elevated yet rooted, aspirational yet accessible.
Chef Jeff’s work is distinguished by its editorial sensibility, meticulous attention to detail, and deep respect for identity and legacy. Whether designing a 100 person brand dinner, a large-scale cultural activation, or an intimate table moment, his approach prioritizes storytelling, visual cohesion, and emotional resonance.
Beyond production, Chef Jeff is a cultural architect committed to creating space for Black excellence, meaningful collaboration, and future forward creativity. His work continues to shape how contemporary culture experiences food, design, and celebration on a global stage.
