He began his professional journey in retail merchandising, rising to Marketing Manager for international apparel brand IZOD, where he led interior marketing campaigns for more than 130 stores worldwide. In 2010, he launched JP Designs Art full-time, transforming it into a collaborative studio trusted by artists, institutions, and organizations navigating moments of visibility, transition, and influence.
Based in Atlanta, Moore has designed campaigns for BMI; Yale University’s School of Sacred Music; The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change; Music & Arts Global, and an array of influential music artists and faith leaders. His work is especially recognized for redefining visual excellence within the gospel and faith-based space—elevating it to stand confidently on global stages.
Moore is the recipient of the Healthy Image of Manhood Award presented by The Ovation Foundation, Inc., and the Vision Community Foundation Architect of Brand Development Excellence Award.
Guided by his philosophy “Create Without Limits,” Moore believes creativity expands through exposure and lived experience. In 2025 alone, he traveled to 13 countries, drawing inspiration from historic and cultural landmarks including The Great Wall of China and The Taj Mahal, experiences that continue to inform his globally conscious approach to design.
Beyond his creative output, Moore is deeply committed to mentorship and community investment. Through initiatives such as WorkHop ATL and philanthropic partnerships, he has helped raise over $3,000 and hundreds of bicycles in support of schools within the Clayton County School District, reinforcing his belief that creativity is most powerful when it uplifts others.
At his core, John-Paul Moore is a storyteller—one whose work doesn’t simply follow culture, but helps shape it.
