Zaina Ihenacho-Hill is the Founder and CEO of Girl Com, the first national retreat and growth platform developed exclusively for women of color with product based brands in the eCommerce space.
With over a decade of experience as a Senior Brand Strategist, Zaina has led large-scale national campaigns centered on underrepresented communities, helping emerging brands gain visibility, credibility, and access to opportunities traditionally out of reach. Her work bridges strategy, culture, and commerce, creating pathways for small businesses to scale sustainably.
Zaina has secured national media campaigns and led strategic partnerships with some of the nation’s most influential organizations and brands, including the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Amazon, Saltbox, Delta Air Lines, Atlanta Black Chambers, DSW, Hugo Boss, and The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), among others. These partnerships reflect her ability to connect founders to real-world resources, mass retail exposure, and growth driven ecosystems.
Through Girl Com, Zaina is redefining what access looks like for women of color in eCommerce, building a national platform where education, capital, community, and opportunity converge to create lasting impact and generational wealth.
