A Toast to Impact, Style, and Substance | Powered by Edmonds Honors

On a warm Atlanta evening at the elegant MCK Restaurant, a room filled with brilliance and brotherhood gathered for a singular reason: to toast the men shaping culture, building legacy, and redefining what it means to lead with honor. The Most Honorable Man 2025 Dinner and Toast, hosted by the ever-charismatic and fashion forward Trinidad James and powered by Edmonds Honors, was more than just a dinner—it was a cultural moment.
The two-hour, invitation-only affair brought together a curated circle of creative powerhouses, entrepreneurs, and tastemakers, each selected for their unique impact on the industries they serve and the communities they uplift. The honorees—eleven in total—were a reflection of today’s evolving masculine identity: bold, thoughtful, visionary, and grounded.

The menu, much like the room, was refined but grounded in excellence. Guests began with a crisp Caesar salad layered with parmesan and croutons, before choosing from mains that included grilled chicken breast in brown jus with mashed potatoes and broccolini, a beautifully seared salmon over yellow jalapeño cheese grits, or tender lamb chops served with a seasonal grilled vegetable medley. For dessert, a slice of rich strawberry cheesecake sealed the experience with sweetness.
Cocktail artistry was on full display, thanks to Edmonds Honors and their vanilla bourbon spirit that anchored each custom creation. The Madagascar Mule—a bright blend of bourbon, pineapple syrup, and ginger beer—was a crowd favorite. The Honorable Colada offered a tropical twist with coconut liqueur, lime juice, and passion fruit purée. And of course, The Edmond—a nod to classic elegance—featured simple syrup, bitters, and a bold orange peel finish.
The centerpiece of the evening came just after 9:00 PM, as the room was invited to rise for the official Toast to the Honorable. With glasses raised and voices unified, Trinidad James led the moment with warmth and grace:
“To the men who don’t just walk the path—but light it. To those who show us that integrity, style, and excellence can coexist. You are not just honored tonight—you are needed in this world.”— Trinidad James, Most Honorable 2025 Host
As the night unfolded, laughter echoed, cameras flashed, and handshakes turned to hugs. The energy was one of celebration—but also responsibility. The Most Honorable Man 2025 dinner wasn’t just about who was seen. It was about what these men represent—and what they’re building.

This was more than a dinner. It was a declaration. And it was—without question—an honorable one.
ABOUT EDMONDS HONORS
Edmond’s Honor is an ultra-premium straight bourbon whiskey crafted as a tribute to Edmond Albius, the young Malagasy botanist who revolutionized the vanilla industry through his groundbreaking hand-pollination method. Created by Pronghorn’s liquid curator Tracie Franklin, the bourbon features a high-corn mash bill aged in American oak barrels and finished in cognac casks infused with Madagascar vanilla extract. This results in a rich and aromatic spirit with a golden hue and layered notes of orange blossom, brown sugar, cinnamon, and toasted oak. The flavor profile unfolds with bourbon vanilla, sandalwood, candied almonds, warming allspice, citrus zest, and honey, finishing with a lingering hint of spice and vanilla. Edmond’s Honor not only offers a refined tasting experience but also donates a portion of proceeds to support underrepresented pioneers in the arts, culinary fields, and mixology.
